Writers Block, Cape Town's premier underground hip-hop crew will be performing on Saturday, 03 November at the after-party of the Write4Gold event alongside The Humanizer. The all day event which will first take place at the Observatory Park in Obz, Cape Town, will move onto the infamous Armchair Theatre later in the evening.
Write4Gold, an originally European-based initiative went worldwide in 2006. It is a non-profitable event and is therefore free of charge and welcomes all to see real live Graffiti and learn more about the street art culture, as well as the other sub-cultures of Hip Hop.
In South Africa, this event took place for the first time in Johannesburg (2006) and was very successful in bringing together the best South African graffiti artists from around the nation to compete in a local event that would qualify them into an international Write4Gold competition in Germany.
As this event is a whole day experience, it will feature some of the dopest DJ's on the decks playing your favourite beats the whole day.
